15. doğu meridyeni, Başlangıç meridyeni Greenwich'ten 15 açısal derece doğuda yer alan, kuzey kutbundan güney kutbuna uzanan hayali çizgi. 15°D meridyeni, Kuzey kutbu, Kuzey Okyanusu, Avrupa, Afrika, Hint Okyanusu, Güney Okyanusu, Antarktika üzerinden uzanır.
